Пришёл очень любопытный спам - некая рекрутерская фирма предлагает пособеседоваться на Technical Lead'a в Московский Google. Прочитал в проспекте такое "As a TLM you lead 6-12 engineers on 2-4 projects and are responsible for all aspects of these projects (technical success, mentoring and training, project schedules, coding, design, review, documentation, etc). Management and technical contributions are equally important in this role." Глубоко задумался - как об адекватности своих навыков, так и о перспективности такой позиции...
